For environmental reasons, we do not publish a paper catalogue with an exhaustive list of our products. You can find all the information about our ranges and a description for every product on our website. If you are a healthcare professional, please send a request to info@labo-acm.com.
All ACM care products are available in pharmacies and para-pharmacies. Unfortunately, not all pharmacies stock our products. However, they can be ordered from our laboratory, or from pharmaceutical wholesalers..
For mainland France, we have two delivery methods:
• Colissimo to your home without signature, delivery: 3 to 4 working days
• Colissimo Pickup Relays & Pickup Station lockers, delivery: 3 to 4 working days
Orders to countries outside of mainland France and to French overseas departments are sent by Colissimo Expert I.
Deliveries are made within an average of 7 working days (time for order processing and delivery). Delivery times begin to run once the order confirmation email is sent.
When your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier will email the corresponding tracking number to you. If you do not receive your package within the indicated timeframe, please contact Customer Service at hello@labo-acm.com so we can investigate the matter, which may take several days.
Orders made in France for amounts of over €40 including tax are shipped free of charge. For lower amounts, shipping costs are charged as follows:
• Colissimo home delivery without signature: €6.50 incl. tax
• Colissimo Pickup Relays & Pickup Station lockers: €4.50 incl. tax
Orders made in Europe for amounts of over €60 including tax are shipped free of charge. For all lower amounts, shipping costs will be charged at €8 incl. tax.
We deliver our products throughout Europe (including Corsica), and to Monaco, and excluding French overseas departments and territories. For all orders outside the EU, please contact customer service by e-mail at hello@labo-acm.com. The ACM team is currently working on providing deliveries to other countries. Watch this space!
In order to guarantee delivery times, after your order is validated it is impossible to modify the delivery address.
If the address is incorrect, your package will be returned to us and we will refund you as soon as possible.

We do not have an exchange system. However, you can return your product and we will refund you. To find out more about terms and conditions for returns, please see different sections in the category “Right of withdrawal” in our general terms and conditions of sale.
To return one or more products from your order, please:
1. Send your return request to consumer service, at hello@labo-acm.com, detailing the following information: the order number, the product being returned, your reason for returning it, and adding the right to withdrawal form below. Our team will send you a return slip.
2. Download the right to withdrawal form and send it in your package
3. Send your package via the post, with the return slip issued by our Team.
4. As soon as you have posted your package, please inform the customer service department by sending an email to hello@labo-acm.com
Orders without a Return Slip cannot be refunded.
All shipping costs for returning your products are your own responsibility.
You have a period of fourteen (14) days after receiving your order to return any unopened products to us for a refund.
Any products that are opened, damaged or deteriorated after reception cannot be refunded, and will be automatically returned.
If you are returning the entirety of order, and you benefitted from a special offer product, then that must also be returned. If that special offer product is not included, then we cannot issue a refund.
If you return your entire order, you will be refunded the initial delivery costs, based on a Colissimo shipment (price: €6.50 incl. tax)
No, return costs are your own responsibility. We pay the return costs in advance when we create the return slip, and then we deduct them from your refund. When we send you the return slip, we inform you of the return costs.
The ACM team will refund you for your order within thirty days
Cosmetics regulations have banned testing the efficacy and safety of cosmetic products on animals since 2004.
ACM, being a responsible manufacturer, complies with the provisions of European Regulation 1223/2009 on cosmetic products and its amendments, and in particular with article 18 concerning animal testing. We can confirm that our cosmetic products have not been tested on animals.
Our formulas have proven stability of over thirty months.
You can trust the expiry date displayed on their packaging. Until that date, we guarantee the effectiveness and stability of our formulas.
The Period After Opening (PAO), generally varies from six to twenty-four months. It is displayed on the packaging of all our products, in the form of a symbol representing an open jar of cream with a number and the letter “M”, expressed in months. The figure is the number of months during which the product can be used risk-free after opening.
Our face care products have been tested to show that they are noncomedogenic, meaning that they do not promote the appearance of comedones and do not clog pores. You can find the label “noncomedogenic” displayed on our packaging.
