Can I request samples without placing an order?
We do not send samples unless an order has been placed.
We invite you to speak with your dermatologist or pharmacist, who will be able to advise you on the products best suited to your skin type and its needs.

Do you have a loyalty program?
We do not currently offer a loyalty program, but our teams are working on developing this service. Stay tuned!
Can I receive a product catalogue?
As part of our commitment to the environment, we do not produce a printed catalogue listing all our products. You will find full information about our ranges, including a description of each product, on our website. If you are a healthcare professional, please send your request to info@labo-acm.com.
Where can I buy Laboratoire ACM products?
All ACM skincare products are available in pharmacies and parapharmacies.
Not all pharmacies stock our products,
but they can place an order with our laboratory or pharmacy wholesalers.
Are the products tested on animals?
Cosmetic regulations have prohibited animal testing for the efficacy and safety of finished cosmetic products since 2004. ACM, as the responsible manufacturer, complies with European Regulation 1223/2009 on cosmetic products and its amendments, particularly Article 18 regarding animal testing. We confirm that our cosmetic products have not been tested on animals.
How long can I keep a product before opening?
Our formulations have proven stability for over 30 months.
You can rely on the expiration date printed on the packaging. Up to that date, we guarantee the efficacy and stability of our formulas.
How long can I keep a product after opening?
The Period After Opening (PAO) usually ranges from 6 to 24 months.
It is indicated on the packaging of all our products as a symbol of an open jar, showing a number followed by the letter M, representing months.
The number corresponds to the number of months the product can be safely used after opening.
Are ACM products non-comedogenic?
Our facial care products undergo a series of tests demonstrating that they are non-comedogenic, meaning they do not cause the formation of comedones, commonly known as blackheads, and do not clog the pores. You will find the non-comedogenic label on our packaging.

What delivery options are available?
Within mainland France:
Colissimo home delivery without signature, 34 business days
Colissimo Pickup relay & Pickup Station lockers, 34 business days
To countries outside mainland France and the French overseas territories (DOM), orders are sent via Colissimo Expert I.
Average delivery time is 7 business days (including order processing and shipping). The delivery period starts from the moment the order confirmation email is sent. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier will email you the tracking number. If you do not receive your parcel within the indicated timeframe, please contact Customer Service at hello@labo-acm.com so an investigation can be carried out, which may take several days.
Where can I have the order shipped?
We deliver our products within Europe (including Corsica) and to Monaco, excluding French overseas territories. For orders outside the EU, please contact Customer Service at hello@labo-acm.com.

I made a mistake in my delivery address. What should I do?
To guarantee delivery times, it is not possible to modify the delivery address after your order is confirmed.
If the address is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to us, and we will refund you as quickly as possible.

How can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure delivery times, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel an order or make changes to its contents once it has been confirmed.

Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer product exchanges. However, you may return a product and we will issue a refund.

How do I return a product?
To return one or more products from your order, please follow these steps:
1. Send your withdrawal request to our Customer Service at hello@labo-acm.com, including the following information: order number, product(s) to be returned, reason for the return, and attach the withdrawal form found in the annex of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Our team will provide you with a return slip.
2. Download the withdrawal form and include it in your package.
3. Send your package via post using the return slip provided by our team.
4. Once your package has been posted, inform Customer Service by sending an email to hello@labo-acm.com.
Orders sent without a Return Slip cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
What are the conditions for returning a product?
You have fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order to return unopened products for a refund.
Any product that has been opened, damaged or degraded after receipt cannot be refunded and will be automatically returned. If you return your entire order and received a gift, the gift must also be returned.
In case of absence, we will not be able to process the refund. If you return your entire order, the initial shipping costs will be refunded, based on a Colissimo shipment (price: 6.50 incl. VAT).
Are returns free of charge?
No, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We advance the return postage when generating the return label, then deduct the cost from your refund. When we send you the return label, we will inform you of the return shipping amount.
What are the refund timeframes?
The ACM team commits to refunding your order within 30 days.
