Can I get samples without ordering?

We do not send samples without placing an order.

We invite you to contact your dermatologist or pharmacist so that they can advise you on the care best suited to the nature of your skin and its needs.

Do you have a loyalty program?

We do not offer a loyalty program but our teams are working on developing this service. Stay connected!

Can I receive a catalog of your products?

Concerned about the environment, we do not publish a paper catalog with the exhaustive list of our products. You will find all the information on our ranges with a description by product on our website. If you are a health professional, please send us your request to info@labo-acm.com.

Where can I buy ACM Lab products?

All ACM treatments are available in pharmacies and drugstores.

Unfortunately, not all pharmacies carry our products.

However, they can place orders with our laboratory or pharmacy wholesalers.

Are the products tested on animals?

Cosmetic regulations have prohibited testing the efficacy and safety of finished cosmetic products on animals since 2004. ACM, a responsible manufacturer, complies with the provisions of European Regulation 1223/2009 on cosmetic products and its amendments, and in particular its article 18 on animal testing. We confirm that our cosmetic products have not been tested on animals.

How long can I keep my product before opening?

Our formulas have a proven stability of more than 30 months.

You can rely on the expiration date on the packaging. Until then, we guarantee the effectiveness and stability of our formulas.

How long can I keep my product after opening?

The Period After Opening (PAO) generally varies from 6 months to 24 months.

It is written on the packaging of all our products in the form of a symbol representing an open pot of cream indicating a number and the letter “M” expressed in months.

The number corresponds to the number of months during which the product can be used without risk after opening.

Are ACM products non-comedogenic?

Our facial care products undergo a number of tests showing that they are non-comedogenic, meaning that they do not cause the formation of comedones, more commonly called blackheads, and do not clog pores. You will find the words "non-comedogenic" written on our packaging.

Delivery

What delivery methods are offered?

In mainland France, we offer two delivery methods:

• Colissimo at home without signature, delivery time 3 to 4 working days

• Colissimo relais Pickup & Pickup Station lockers, delivery times 3 to 4 working days

To countries outside mainland France and the French overseas departments, orders will be sent by colissimo expert I.

Delivery will be made within an average of 7 working days (order processing and delivery time). The delivery time begins as soon as the order confirmation email is sent. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier will send you the corresponding tracking number by email. In the event of non-receipt of a package within the indicated time, you are invited to contact the Customer Service hello@labo-acm.com so that an investigation can be carried out, which may take several days.

Where can I have the order delivered?

We deliver our products to Europe (including Corsica) and Monaco excluding French overseas territories. For any order outside the EU, you can contact customer service by email hello@labo-acm.com.

I made a mistake in my delivery address, what should I do?

In order to guarantee delivery times, following validation of your order it is impossible to modify the delivery address.

If the address turns out to be incorrect, your package will be returned to us and we will refund you as soon as possible.

How do I change or cancel my order?

In order to guarantee delivery times, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel an order or make a change to its content after it has been validated.

If you wish to return one or more products to us, we invite you to consult our “Returns and refunds” section to find out our conditions.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer any exchange procedures. However, you can return a product and we will refund it.

To find out about the return conditions, we invite you to read all the sections in the “Right of withdrawal” category of our general terms and conditions of sale.

How to return a product?

To return one or more products from your order, we invite you to:

1. Send your withdrawal request to the customer service at hello@labo-acm.com, specifying the following information: order number, product(s) to be returned, the reason for the return by adding the withdrawal form that you will find in our general conditions of sale in the appendix. Our team will issue you with a return slip.

2. Download the withdrawal form and return it in your package

3. Send your package to the post office with the slip issued by our team.

4. As soon as your package is posted, inform customer service by sending an email to hello@labo-acm.com

Orders without a Return Form cannot be taken into account.

The shipping costs associated with returning your products remain your responsibility.

What are the conditions for returning a product?

You have fourteen (14) days after receiving your order to return unopened products to us for a refund.

Any product opened, damaged or degraded after receipt will not be refunded and will be automatically returned. If you return your entire order and you received a gift, the latter must also be returned.

In case of absence, we will not be able to proceed with the refund. If you return your entire order to us, the initial delivery costs will be refunded to you, based on a Colissimo shipment (price: €6.50 including tax).

Are returns free?

No, returns are your responsibility. We advance the costs when creating the return slip and then deduct them from your refund. When sending the return slip, we will inform you of the amount of the return costs.

Duels are the repayment deadlines?

The ACM team is committed to refunding your order within 30 days.
