By testing our products before they launch and sharing your honest feedback, you help shape the future of our brand and help your community make the best choices.
How can I take part in product tests?
You can apply online by completing the application form, which contains around twenty questions. These help us build a detailed profile of your physical characteristics: hair type, skin tone, skin concerns, as well as your beauty habits and preferences. If there are no ongoing product tests at the moment, feel free to leave your email address so we can get in touch when new campaigns open.
How do you select participants?
We carefully select ambassadors based on the product being tested and in line with our brands vision and values. We use matching criteria to ensure the right profiles are paired with the right products. To do this, youll be asked to complete a questionnaire.
What happens after the product test?
Once youve tested the products, we invite you to leave genuine, detailed reviews to inform our community as precisely as possible. These reviews can be shared on your own social media channels, such as Instagram or Facebook, in posts or stories, or on your personal website as an article. Youre welcome to include photos or videos to illustrate your experience (in-use shots, before/after, or unboxing). This creates a reassuring, inspiring message for consumers and your community, helping them feel confident about the products efficacy.
How does the program work?
1- On our website, youll find a dedicated Ambassador Program page where you can explore the different tests available. A text introduction invites you to take part in one or several of the campaigns.
2- You can submit your application by completing a questionnaire that helps us understand your profile (physical characteristics, interests, socio-demographic data, where relevant).
3- If selected, you will receive the full-size product (never samples) along with instructions, so you can enjoy all its benefits and have the best possible testing experience.
4- Try the product and assess every aspect of it (texture, scent, packaging, results, sensorial feel, efficacy, etc.) from first use to final results.
5- Post authentic reviews that guide other consumers in their purchasing decisions. Your feedback helps them choose the right product for their skin and helps us continue improving our formulas.
Where can the products be shipped?
Products are shipped by post or to a Relay Point at the address you provide, anywhere in mainland France.

Do I have to leave a review for every product I receive?

Not at all. By forming a panel of ambassadors, we want to help our community make the right purchase decisions on our website, whether your feedback is positive or negative. Thanks to detailed, genuine reviews, consumers can choose the product best suited to their physical characteristics and desired results. A negative review can help future users understand whether the product is right for their needs, and it also helps us improve our formulas based on your experience.
