Terms of delivery

What delivery options does Labo?ACM offer?

Within mainland France:

Colissimo home delivery without signature, 3–4 business days

Colissimo Pickup relay & Pickup Station lockers, 3–4 business days

To countries outside mainland France and the French overseas territories (DOM), orders are sent via Colissimo Expert I.

Average delivery time is 7 business days (including order processing and shipping). The delivery period starts from the moment the order confirmation email is sent. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier will email you the tracking number. If you do not receive your parcel within the indicated timeframe, please contact Customer Service at hello@labo-acm.com so an investigation can be carried out, which may take several days.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders placed in France over €40 incl. VAT qualify for free shipping. For orders under €40:

Colissimo home delivery (no signature): €6.50 incl. VAT

Colissimo Pickup relay & Pickup Station lockers: €4.50 incl. VAT

Orders over €60 incl. VAT within Europe (outside France) qualify for free shipping. For orders under €60, a deliver fee of €8.00 incl. VAT is applied.

Where can I have my order shipped?

We deliver our products within Europe (including Corsica) and to Monaco, excluding French overseas territories. For orders outside the EU, please contact Customer Service at hello@labo-acm.com.

I made a mistake with my delivery address. What should I do?

To guarantee delivery times, it is not possible to modify the delivery address after your order is confirmed.

If the address is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to us, and we will refund you as quickly as possible.
